Billing and plans
You pay by the number of events. All features are included in every plan.

Every plan includes unlimited websites, unlimited team members and all features. The price depends only on the number of events.
An event is every recorded pageview and every custom event, not only pageviews. Known bots don’t count (Data collection).
Free trial
New workspaces can try Lienks free for 30 days: no payment method, full access with up to 10,000 events. The trial is available once per account.
You start it with Start trial in the billing area. While it runs, the app shows the days left.
When the trial ends, your data stays visible, but no new events are recorded until you choose a plan.
Choose or change your plan
You find Billing in the sidebar. Payment runs securely through Stripe, and you can redeem discount codes at checkout.
- Upgrade takes effect immediately, and the prorated remainder of the current period is charged now.
- Downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing period, so nothing is interrupted halfway. Until then your current plan stays active, and you can cancel a scheduled downgrade.
- Manage billing opens the Stripe customer portal for invoices, payment methods and billing details.
Usage and limits
In the billing area you see the usage in the current billing period compared to your limit, along with the date it resets.
- Normal
- Nearing limit – from 80% of your plan
- Over limit – from 100% of your plan
- Tracking paused – tracking has stopped
When you reach your plan’s limit, tracking keeps running up to a buffer of 10% above the limit and then stops for the rest of the period. For example, with the 10K plan tracking stops at 11,000 events. The buffer is a safety margin, not extra allowance.
The app warns you with a banner before you reach the limit and tells you when tracking stops. The counter starts again with the next billing period. Known bots are kept out of the count.
Cancel and reactivate
You can cancel at any time with Cancel subscription. The subscription runs until the end of the paid period and doesn’t renew. Until then you can reactivate it with Resume subscription. After it has ended there is Resubscribe.
After a cancellation your existing analytics data is kept, but no new events are recorded until you choose a plan again.
If a payment fails
If a payment fails, you have 3 days to update your payment method (under Manage billing). Everything keeps running in the meantime. After that the subscription is paused: your data is kept, but no new events are recorded until the payment method is updated.
Good to know
- Only admins see and manage billing. Members see a note to ask a workspace admin.
- The tracking mode doesn’t change the cost: every event counts the same (Tracking modes).
