Share your dashboard
Share the dashboard of a site with a link, without others needing an account.
Turn on sharing
In the site settings there is a Public dashboard card. Turn on Share dashboard publicly there. Sharing is off by default.
Then the Public link appears. Copy it and pass it on.
What others see
- Anyone with the link sees the dashboard without logging in, read-only.
- The public page shows only the analytics of this one site: key metrics, chart and breakdown cards. Settings, the installation snippet, other sites and workspace or account data are not visible, and neither is the Events view.
- The page refreshes automatically and says “Powered by Lienks” at the bottom. If the site has no data yet, it says “There is no data for this website yet.”
Regenerate or turn off the link
- Regenerate link: the old link stops working immediately, and everyone who had it loses access. You get a new link.
- If you turn sharing off, the link stops working. If you turn it on again later, a new link is created, the old one never comes back.
Good to know
- Anyone who has the link can pass it on. Treat it like a password, and regenerate it if it got into the wrong hands.
- Public pages are not indexable by search engines (noindex).
- Sharing is managed in the site settings, which only workspace admins can open.
- Sharing doesn’t change what is recorded, only who can see the result (Data collection).
