Plausible is good, but every website counts
Plausible is one of the best-known tools for simple web analytics without cookies. It is clear, open source and fair to your visitors.
The catch comes when you have more than one website. The Starter plan includes exactly one, Growth three, Business ten. With every new side project you may have to switch plans, even if your sites hardly get any traffic.
It was the same for me. I have several small websites, and for every new one I did not want to wonder whether it still fits my plan. That is why the number of websites is never limited at Lienks.

An example calculation
You have five small websites with about 10,000 pageviews per month in total.
- With Plausible you need the Business plan for this, because Growth only includes three websites: 19 € per month.
- With Lienks the smallest plan is enough: 9 € per month.
If an eleventh website is added, Plausible requires the Enterprise plan. With Lienks, nothing changes.

To be honest
Lienks is not the right choice for everyone. You are better off staying with Plausible if:
- you only have one website,
- you need funnels, user journeys or revenue tracking,
- you use the Google Search Console integration,
- you want to host analytics yourself (Plausible is available as an open-source version).
Lienks is worth it if you have several websites and do not want to think about your plan with every new project.

At Lienks, every pageview and every custom event, for example a submitted form, counts as one event. If you do not use custom events, the number roughly matches your pageviews.
